Bergpolder is a characteristic district from the 30s. The neighbourhood has two architectural monuments: the Bergpolder flat by architect Van Tijen and the van Maanenbad swimming pool. In the neighbourhood you will find many flats that have great appeal for starters and single households. The area attracts many young residents. On the east side, the neighbourhood borders the Hofplein line. On, under and around this monumental former railway viaduct numerous developments take place that make the district even more fun.
